If you have experienced something that does not live up to your expectations regarding a product, a booking or a stay at the campsite, you have the following options:
– Contact Esbjerg Camping as soon as possible with your complaint. When we receive a complaint about a product, a booking or a stay, we will process the complaint as soon as possible. Esbjerg Camping will decide whether we find that the complaint is justified, whether the goods received should be refunded\/exchanged or whether compensation should be paid.
– If you wish to submit your complaint to an external body, you can contact the Center for Complaint Resolution.
– If you do not find a satisfactory solution to your complaint in dialogue with Ebeltoft Strand Camping or at the Center for Complaint Resolution, you can complain to the Consumer Complaints Board. The Consumer Complaints Board makes a legal decision in the case.

The pool is open from 28\/5 – 2025 until the last weekend in August. The pool is open from 10.00 – 19.00. It is free to use our swimming pool. <\/p>\n

There is internet throughout the campsite. The internet connection cannot be used to stream TV and movies, it can only be used to surf the internet <\/p>\n

There are 3 communal kitchens on site. All have electric hobs and ovens including baking trays. However, baking sheets must be borrowed from the reception. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Show consideration for your neighbor – the site must be quiet from 22:00, i.e. play in the playground, music in the awning etc. must cease.
